In this new and better world a constant and caring eye will be on all citizens. No, there is no "Big Brother", just merely your brothers. Citizens shall keep an eye out on each other as part of their civic duty. This caring watch from all our brethren will help keep people on the right track, and when they do step out of line their brothers shall help them back to the right path.This caring watch from your fellow citizens shall also be watching for those in need of reeducation, for there is no greater threat, to not only yourself but your fellow brothers, than a corrupted citizen in need of a cure.
